I don't know what other parts of the ground are like, but Level 5 on the East stand is pretty squished for space. I imagine most games I'm going to just be heading straight for my seat.
It was so crowded getting the programmes I told the bloke behind me he was so close he’d have to buy me dinner.

It’s a learning process. But if you want people there at 5pm you’d better have dinner ready for them. I gave up and got a KFC on the way home. I’m not sure how early I’d have to get there to be organised enough to have something from the Marketplace.

they were so quiet, to be honest I was hoping not to hear the Palace fans all night. even the south sounded louder on Saturday than last nigh, prawn west stand is what it is, and the Paxton tried, but not the buzz I expected.

did we declare a full house? There was 6 empty seats in front of me

I think most of the shelf lower is corporate or premium, if memory serves me correctly. It certainly wasn't as raucous as it used to be, at least not chanting wise, probably because a lot of ex shelfsiders are now in the Park Lane. There was a bit of fisticuffs during the first half though, so there's still some fight left there, no pun intended.

Not sure if it's been touched on but there is going to be a shit load of trouble between home and away fans. The Spurs fans above the away fans in the North-East corner are within touching distance. Can see the Spammers getting a bit rowdy next month.

Single tier stand. Grand opening. The standing and chanting stand. After 1.5 minute the first screams of "SIT DOWN!!" came. One and a half fucking minute. WHY would you get a ticket there? Absolute twats.

And the cheeky twats had the audacity to be standing up the whole half time, then promptly sat down as second half got going.

We're up on Row 73 of the South. No one sat down the entire night. And no one suggested it.

Rules have to be made clear for South. You want to sit? Unless you got a disability you fuck off to the West.

I was back of the middle tier North stand where they put the disabled, but everytime there was an attack you had to get up to see anything. Not easy, but even if they put us at the front we would then have the struggle to get up and down the stairs.

at least I got some exercise:ROFLMAO: but pointless sitting in the West due to I'd get banned for singing and language, and can't do the East as it would mean walking the whole ground to get in if I can only book the Sainsburys car park

That seems like poor planning - surprisingly poor these days - for disabled or limited mobility seating. Need a line of sight at all times - and there's no stopping people standing up as a promising attack forms. Need to be at the front of a raised position with easy access and exit points.

Realised after the climb that the whole point of a single tier stand is that there's one entrance and then a lot of stairs. Good for my fitbit - not so good after 7 pints...
