Ultra boring half of football played at walking pace where neither team seemingly wants to do anything.

The one bit of quality in the game came at the end there from Edwards, should have been 1-0 down but fortunately he totally fluffed the finish.

I don't know if it's the intention of both teams to "manage proceedings", take the game deep, and kick on in the second half... we shall see. But yeah, waiting for a game of football to break out.

Edwards staring for a CL side to join tottenham and hold hands with Bryan Gill up in the stands

Tough choice

Glad I put a fiver on Edwards to score, that should put the mokkers on him.

I believe we get 50% of his next transfer fee… could be a nice little earner

Do we get him 50% off if we try to get him back?

pretty poor quality game so far. Great run by Edwards.

hopefully we can push on in the second half. Son and Kane both look well out of form and tired

As much as Son is being targeted as the obvious change up top, Kane is far too heavy footed and needs to sharpen his game up.

Kulusevski coming on is just a matter of when not if but hopefully it’s enough time to make an impact

We still need a dribbler in attack, there is no outlet, especially when the team is playing like this.

The passing is lacking, many turning down chances to pass forward and opting to play it safe instead.

The patterns and understanding was much better last season.

Kulusevski has had his rest, he needs to be playing or everything becomes tedious.

not really no I find contes style extremely not fan friendly.. but it is what it is i guess..

I wouldn’t lay the blame at Conte’s feet… Kane’s control and passing has been way off. He’s been our focal point and the main reason our attacks have come to nothing.

Conte’s style of football requires clinical pin point passing… that half was full of individual errors from our attacking players.

With having such a big sell on clause on Edwards doesn’t that mean we could buy him back relatively cheaply?

Have we had more possession than the opposition in a game this season yet?
Lack of possession wouldn't be bad if we actually looked incisive and dangerous when we did get the ball.

I just don't understand what our plan is in the final third. The players look like they don't know either.

I assumed we'd get a lot going forwards from our wing backs, but that's not really happening, despite Perisic being a class act.

Blimey, Edwards needs to be coming home Jan 1st, considering we get him for half price can’t go wrong
Never get in a Conte side. He’s not a defender or a wing back. He’s not 7ft tall and what’s more he is not predictable enough. He’d have to cut out all that fancy dribbling stuff.

Kane not on it at all and seems unable to pass to a teammate. Him off, Richarlison to CF and Kulu on?
