It feel like that sometimes ?Shooting yourself in the foot is bad enough but both feet???
Christ.
Please don't remind me of that again. I watched that in a pub in South Manchester and was taking the piss out of some gobby City fans at half time......People either have short memories or haven’t been Spurs fans long enough….. I still remember being 3 up against City and losing 4-3….. and a shit City team with Shaun Goater in it as well.
1993?Good old Spurs. Making you shit your pants when comfortably leading since circa 1993
Yeah it was pretty shockingly bad. Son was hacked down so much and how Hasebe got away with it was very poor.Last comment from me... That has to be the worst refereeing performance I've ever seen, and I watch a lot of Premier League football.
Not giving the first penalty straight away, not sending off the Brazilian dude for 2 yellows immediately (basically had Bentancur confirm it was the same player), and not giving Hasebe a second yellow were all utterly shameful decisions. Add to that the amount of smaller fouls he called the wrong way.
Terrible referee, hopefully we never see him take control of one of our games again.
I still don't understand how Hasebe got away with it to be honest. He definitely played the injury up to try and avoid confrontation with pur players harassing the ref...Just as a general comment I thought Frankfurt were exceedingly lucky not to finish the game with 8 men. The ref took an extreme amount of pity on that Hasebe, and then the defender who just gave up and brought down Gil was making zero attempt to play the ball and was last man.
Ref could definitely have been harsher on their transgressions.
Yes... but if we can't rest players at 3-1 against 10-man Frankfurt, when will you do it then ?... it shouldn't have the negative impact it did.
Implying. Not inferring.I’m not by any means inferring spence is the messiah or the answer long term as we haven’t seen him yet but surely it’s clear for all to see that Royale will not be a full back for us in trophy winning team ?
Wise up ? In what respect ? Our formation requires a wing back with a final ball ? How is my evaluation unwise ? We’re we playing 4 at the back tonight ?Wise up bloody hell
Luckily Conte doesn't has this same mindset of yours if we are judging by his reaction of heading straight down the tunnel after the final whistle.Snobby fans crying after a game we've just won, now that's embarrassing.

You are being way over the top.Wise up ? In what respect ? Our formation requires a wing back with a final ball ? How is my evaluation unwise ? We’re we playing 4 at the back tonight ?
Pipe down sir, if your retort is to go in this direction you have already lost the argumentImplying. Not inferring.
I don't think we will see Conte make 4 or 5 subs again unless we are out of sightFans have the right to analyse the game and demand certain standards. I'm sure the players and Conte will be doing the same rather than thorougly congratulating themselves. - "We go again and work even harder."
I can see him going on loan in January and that would be 2 years without any real progression into the first 11 - I assume he has a 5 year deal until July 2026 so perhaps another season in him before we have to pull the trigger one way or the other.I can see him being the next Marcus Edwards and doing better in somewhere like Spain or Portugal. He seems to enjoy his football and I like his determination. He could be a winner for us long-term.
It’s an opinion based on being at every game he’s played for us. I apologise if it’s against your own views but it’s a valid opinion and I stand by it.You are being way over the top.
