Neville and redknapp are missing the point on the red card. The whole reason for having the wild and out of control rule is to stop leg breakers. Clearly Jones went over the top and clearly he could of broken Bissoumas leg.

Jones could/should have done a block tackle. I feel sorry for him a bit as he seems a nice bloke. I don't think he was intentionally trying to hurt Bissouma like the Charlie Adams of the world. But it was right to be red to stop this kind of foul.
Totally.

You are supposed to get your foot under and behind the ball in those scenarios.

Any player knows that and knows that if you go over the ball with force you are going to roll over it and risk a leg break

Neville is only making this big fuss about offsides recently due to the United one against Arsenal.

True, but it SHOULDN'T happen... I mean it's glaring and obvious. We could allllll see it wasn't offside without any lines and just a freeze frame. If this was the other way round we would be FUMING. Yeah, we deserve some luck after all the years vs Liverpool, but the standards of refereeing and VAR in particular have been shocking!!!!
But that’s a different argument that the result, u make it out like Liverpool win if the goal was allowed. Unless u have a better crystal ball than me u have no idea. We can blame the red or VAR, it’s not like these incidents have never have happened before? We are unbeaten this season that’s all I care about Tbh, I’m such a knuckle dragger. Where is there not the same uproar with Nketias challenge on our keeper? We could have won that game yet not a whisper from anyone?

He is only making a fuss to her in a bandwagon for clicks and likes mate, honestly doesn’t give a bite about United., he was trying to push Kane to Ciry.

Agree that it wasn’t intentional but if you are a nice bloke, you realise the danger and pain caused to your opponent after the fact, hold your hands up and say sorry to Bissouma.

Instead, he complained and laughed at the referee after he gave him a YELLOW card.

neville always tries to come across as neutral when he’s even more biased than carragher
Nah Carragher is a Pool fan, Neville dissappeared up his own arse years ago. He would detest it if United ever got back to the level he was at when he played for them. He is actively trying to get Ten Hag sacked and wanted them to keep Ole.

Yea the linesman gave offside initially, so he made the first error. VAR just didn't fix it.
That's a great point. VAR can be better but I really think the best thing for VAR would be to remove it for a month or two. After that people will be begging for it to come back.

Don't let perfect be the enemy of the good and all that.

They only got the goal because of a very soft foul from Udogie, which maybe shouldn't be given in the first place, and he was even fucking booked for it. That evens up the VAR error and that's me being generous.

Re. the VAR error:

I bought Salah's assist minutes with Sporting Index. That disallowed goal cost me £105. That's more than most Scousers can steal in a week and you don't see me crying about it :D.

It is quite appalling how it is a decision against Liverpool that gets all this up in arms.

VAR has made countless errors but gone in favour of those who dont way anything and its quickly forgotten about

Was screaming to bring Velez on for Sarr when they went down to 9 men. Also for Kulu and Solomon to switch sides so they could maintain width and go on the outside of the full back. Ange got away with it today - had that ended 1-1 then more people would be questioning his subs / tactics in game.

If we’re all honest here, if it was us who had the goal disallowed no one would give a shit. *sure it’s just spurs* it’s sad but true.

Why do people think that he's some superhuman coach that's going to get every decision right?
