Had it in spades v Liverpool. We have beaten City multiple times over the years. You just never know.
I'm not referring to winning or losing the game, I'm referring to the chances of getting the game postponed because of the snow. We wouldn't have the luck for such bonus arrangement.

Missing Romero, Sarr for this one and Van De Ven, Richarlison, Maddison, Perisic, Solomon and Bentancur til new year.

Imagine;
Arsenal without Saliba (3 games), Zinchenko (1 game) Jorginho (few games) and Gabriel, Jesus, Odegaard, Trossard and Partey til new year.

City
without Dias (3 games), Ajkanji (1 game) Kovacic (few games) and Gvardiol, Bernardo, De Bruyne, Grealish and Stones til new year.

How would they fair?
Against villa arsenals team would be

raya
Tomiyasu, white, timber, Zinchenko
Rice (who goes off injured 25 mins)elneny comes on as Jorginho is out
Havertz, smith Rowe
Saka, Jesus, martinelli,

no attacking forwards or cms on the bench, kiwior on the bench

City would be top.

those guys have barely played this season as it is…
Yeah they would be if Arsenal had been off it same time.

But they would be 3rd or lower IMO had we and others not had a crisis at same time.

Basically, what O am getting it as if any team misses a group of key players and others don't there will be a difference

So we will go to City with a midfield of Bissouma, Hojbjerg and Lo Celso.

Up until the Luton game we had a very settled midfield.

It makes a difference.

Since then games vs Fulham, Wolves and Villa have seen us use 3 different combinations in the middle - 4 tomorrow.

We were all dreaming of having Sarr, Bentancur, Lo Celso, Maddison and Bissouma available at same time but that isn't gonna happen for a long while.

Why would we not use Kulu central, and Gill again...as oppossed to PEH?

Is it confirmed he's starting?

We looked good against Villa, no reason not to stick to the same team but with Bissouma for Bentancur

When we breat them 2-1, Kulu and Kane header...that was home though wasnt it...

It was mate yeah, or the 3-2 do you mean? We've probably worn the home shirt there more but seem to throw in the odd away one sometimes. City normally always change their strip when they come to us though, maybe other than when we won under Nuno.

Don’t think I could watch football again if I see arteta and his lot lift the PL trophy.
Arsenal have won a ton of trophies in the past and they'll win trophies again, they're a bunch of loser weirdo's but their club unfortunately is one of the 3 most successful in English football history, it was hard when the invincibles won the league at our gaff and if legohead and his band of merry men win the PL then who gives a shit honestly, live for Spurs mate who cares about them really.

Doomed before kickoff.
Yes, the aesthetically minded Pep won't be able to think straight and we'll take advantage of his confusion.

No, sorry, Arse and City are never fair.
Time for Kamicoglou ball. 8 - 2
I admire the way the autocorrect of Ange's style of football is updated more often than Ceefax was in the day.

Gonna be a cricket score…..but that doesn’t bother me given the situation we are in. All I hope is Ange sets the team up to go at them

------------- Vic -------------
Porro - Emerson - Davies - Udogie
---- Sarr ---- Biss --- Gio ----
---- Deki ------ Son ----- Johnson

That team can cause city a lot of trouble, and they can cause some for us.
But lets have a go - with a bit of luck we can definately win this.

If Sarr is out, then Deki into the middle and Gill on left with Johnson on right.

We really need to press hard all game to minimise the time our backs have to defend. And if we can get 50% of possession then you never know. But we need to get it out of the back quickly as I don't trust Emerson and Davies on the ball being pressed.

Sarr is out until mid December. It’ll be PEH or Skippy.

We won’t get out of there without conceding 4 with that defense. Haaland will feast and they will destroy us with set pieces.

But hopefully we can make it sorta fun. Score a couple too. I‘m going with 4-2 or 5-2 to City.

Ange has been waiting for this game for years.

City off the back of CL travels.

Our team is still good, we tore Villa a new one, with this team. If our front line took a quarter of their chances, we’d have monstered Villa, and they’re a decent team.
