Meetings between Guardiola & Mourinho lead teams are epic. They gauge the state of football in each moment of their meets. Guardiola will more often have been the winner in the past, but both have lately faced the need for renewal and rethinking, and maybe this time Mourinho is really up for it.

I don't know why the bookies have them as favourites, look at our team and how good we've been this year. We should not be the underdogs against anyone in the Prem right now. They should fear us!!! COYS!
I do not see the for the life of me why people are bothered by match day and betting predictions. They have no effect on results. To be honest I would prefer all predictions to go against us, while staying below the radar.

Which also has no effect on the result... ;)

Lot's of nerves for this one. This stretch of games has the potential to go down in the club's history and will define the likes Kane, Lloris, Dier and Sonny's Tottenham careers. Turning spurs heros into Tottenham legends. For better or worse.

I just hope the lads give a good account of themselves.

Loved Mourinho's press conference. Such a dig at Sterling and Pep. Its so true though. Really hope we beat this lot.

Having to keep our defence tight and focused of course is a must, but the fact that City are more than happy to attack, could suit our counter attack game a treat.
This may well be the game in a nutshell.
You can almost guarantee that's what Jose has been working on this week.
We probably ought to be prepared to not have much of the ball too.

All prepared for 30% possession and three shots at goal?

We all know this might be enough if Lloris and the defence play well, and don’t shit themselves when they press

Enjoy

They will have all the time on the ball in our third of the pitch vs our defence. They should easily win, unless we provoke another red card. Son usually plays well against them though, maybe we get lucky on the counter and Lloris saves us.

Well, this next month will no doubt have a baring where we finish up come seasons end. Too soon to say a defining month, maybe, but certainly a massive month ahead.

After today, in the league we have Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Leicester, sandwiched by Palace in the middle.

Be good to lay down a marker today.

Only Klopp sides have more wins against Pep than Jose. Infact, since Pep has been managing in England, him and Jose share 3 wins each, and you could argue Jose has had the inferior players at his disposal during this time.

I'm cautiously optimistic.
