I think it will be the tried and tested formulas... so Davies will be back, Perisic will start and Kulu back in.

I'd like to rest PEH but he is so vital. Perhaps we need to try to win the game in first hour and then we can rest. I have no doubt Kane would have been subbed off earlier had we been three or four up as it should have been. Same with PEH.

I’d be very surprised if Davies, Perisic and Davies don’t rotate back in. The one I’m most curious about is if Royal starts again. Surely he’s got to be rotated at some point.

To me, rest implies a pecking order, whereas rotation suggests more equivalence between the rotated players. Rotation is where we want to be. Maybe it’s premature, but I’ll indulge in that conceit.
