cheers and rep for that... good to see defoe back in 18, and i reckon disco may well take the 23. reckon (barring the GKs) the others are quiet accurate, but that 10, 16, 17 and maybe 5 will end up available. doubt that livermore's got 19 sewn up either!

Defoe -> 18 (Campbell)
Livermore -> 19 (Taarabt)
Rose -> 25 (Defoe)
Dervite -> 27 (Alnwick)

Only questionable one is Boateng. By this logic, maybe Gio is off.

When players are added to the first team page on the OS, without having a squad number already. They are set with the highest number of a player in the same position (gk, def, mid, att) as themselves.

Hence
39 Dervite
24 Bostock
25 Rose (placed among the attackers atm)

As yet the squad numbers for the Premier League season are yet to be decided. For the Wembley Cup and Asia Trophy, the team will be wearing tournament squad numbers. These are not the official numbers for the forthcoming season.

The squad numbers will be announced by August 14th.
