As yet the squad numbers for the Premier League season are yet to be decided. For the Wembley Cup and Asia Trophy, the team will be wearing tournament squad numbers. These are not the official numbers for the forthcoming season.

The squad numbers will be announced by August 14th.

Personally I would prefer us not to have any names on ours shirts, to psychologically make us more of a part of a team, Tottenham, rather than individuals, but that's my opinion.

squad numbers are there for loads of reasons, and benefitting the players certainly isn't one of them.
