Arse - 30m on Vardy, linked with Mkhitarian etc
City - Auba and Gundogan for about 60m (guess)
Chelsea - Naingollan for 30m etc

Takes alot to make it as a PL defender. Its a tough league and that why the likes of Wes Morgan and Robert Huth are solid and folks like Sahko and Otamendi look like scared children.
