So they bought him for way too much, sold him for so much that they were laughing all the way to the bank, and are now going to negate that mirth by re-signing him for way too much.

Schalke just signed Konoplyanka on loan, great move
It's funny because that is exactly what many said for multiple TWs in regard to us signing him. Then last summer, when he was on a free and there were not many takers, people said the same thing about his move to Sevilla (where he found hit hard to get a game). And now you are saying the same thing about his move to Schalke. Considering the whispers about his attitude, the lack of teams vying for his signature and his lack of PT @ Sevilla perhas this isn't that great a move. Ukrainian Townsend?

Well I only saw him in the Europa League for Sevilla so I don't know how last season went but what I do know is that Schalke's wide positions are currently filled by strikers, CAMs and full backs, so having a genuine winger is a welcome signing! :)
