I hope we buy players who will strengthen our most effecitev formation under Poch: 3-4-2-1.

Lloris [Vorm]
Dier [CCV] Alderweireld [Wimmer] Vertonghen [Wimmer/Davies]
Walker [Trippier/Walker-Peters] Wanyama [Dier/Dembele] Dembele [Winks] Rose [???]
Eriksen [Lamela] Alli [Son]
Kane [Jannsen]
My main concerns are ...

1. Sissoko has no obvious place in our squad, as either first choice or backup.
2. We have no back up for Rose if we play a wing back system.
3. We need better back up for Kane.
4. We need more pace in the attacking three positions.

Solutions:

1. Sell him and use the funds to contribute to solving the other problems.
2. Buy a new LWB - I would be happy with Luke Shaw as Poch will get a lot out of him. If we compete on 4 fronts next season there will be game time for both him and Rose. This position is so important to the way we play we need proper competition not just back up. Shaw is still only 21, clearly out of favour at Man U, and has lots to offer including pace and power.
3. Personally I would cut my losses on Jannsen and buy a replacement. I do not think he has enough attributes to suit the way we play. I'd also question our scouting given his lack of any pace and over reliance on one foot.
4. Depending on the players available in the summer, we could use money from Sissoko and Jannsen sales to put towards a new forward. One who is pacey and can play as a lone striker or as a support forward. If Lamela leaves for Italy (not suggesting he will), then we could put extra money towards a really top drawer attacker.

Obviously, the players we can attract will depend on CL qualification (which I think will be hard work from here in)

Ok guys, I'm concerned about our defence and attack.

On the big Wembley pitch, our defence, midfield and attack seems to struggle more due to a lack of pace, so we need quicker players.

Thus, I propose we sell Alderweireld, Wanyana and Kane.

Eriksen would also hugely benefit from having intelligent players around him. He is by far our most gifted attacking player.
It's also about having right blend of players in the attacking third. A player like Eriksen who likes to get on the ball and orchestrate benefits from people around him who can stretch defenders and are a threat in behind.

Iheanacho (Depending on what happens with Aguero), Felipe Anderson, Ryan Sessegnon and Naby Keita. Granted, that's about a £100m outlay.

THIS, Poch has talked about the need for pace himself, don't want to go over the Mane issue to much but a player like him or Hazard or Sanchez etc who are explosive runners is something we don't have. Unless Nkouduo gets better.

Who does your advanced fifa scouting techniques say we should replace them with?

I like the continued mentions of Igeanacho. He would be a perfect foil to Kane and could also play wide IMO.

Apart from the two or three obvious positions we need reinforcements in I do think we really need to get in on or two old heads. Someone like Ibrahimovic who can help out the team and where the players can learn from. All I hear is our team being young which is somewhat correct but that will only stretch so far.
