so what's the team you would field considering we have Leicester Saturday, BL the following Wednesday, then the scum, and we don't want to be burning ourselves out before Xmas, and most of the squad will be playing internationals between Arscum and Wet Spam

our strongest XI at moment

Lloris --- it's the only opportunity to give Vorm a run out

Walker --- will most probably play v Leicester and Arscum
Toby --- bring him back v Leicester
Jan ---- like Lloris this would give Wimmer a game, think he has only missed the Gills game, due to rotate him
Rose --- if he was a slight doubt v Bournemouth, would rather he was rested for the Leicester game might be his only rest for a while

Wanyama --- think he missed the Monaco game and Gills match, so due rotating
Dembele --- just returned from injury, and doesn't usually play 2 full games in the same week

Lamela --- not been rotated too much this season
Eriksen --- ----------------""-------------------------
Dele --- not going to be having much rest this next 4 weeks

Son --- has played a fair amount this season, and didn't look to good when he came off

out of all the above who do you believe we should risk burn-out or injury for this cup comp, and can do without over the next 4-5 weeks if a silly knock was too happen

I want us to win everything, especially v them too, but I want to beat Leicester, BL and especially the Arscum a fraction more.

as my post mentions above, we need to rotate, and the 1 thing i never mentioned was our bench v Bournemouth wasn't that strong on Saturday. go too strong v these hub-cap thieves and it could cost us valuable points in the 3 games straight after.

I know exactly what Redknapp did he didn't rotate the squad, didn't give the fringe players the match experience they required, effectively threw the cups in attempt to keep the first team fresh which failed miserably. And despite wasting a golden generation so many of our supporters want to enact the same policy time and time again. The definition of madness always springs to mind when I see these threads.

Giving fringe players the game time they require is exactly what people are suggesting in this thread. Go on then, what XI do you think we should start? No doubt if we didn't rotate you'd be among the first to moan and complain if we haven't handed Leicester their arses within the first half hour.
