The only dilemma for me is who plays on the right of the three behind Harry. Coco hasn't hit his straps yet, Andros is hit and miss and Chadders is out of form. Suppose it depends on who Poch deems the most match fit.

We ar going to stick with a familiar formation

Lloris
Walker Dier Vertonghen Rose
Mason Bentelab
Lamela Dembele Etiksen
Kane

Need to be tight for the first 15 minutes No goals in first half Push on in second

I think it's pretty obvious from the mid week game what the team will be. The one thing that really concerns me and that I quite frankly can't understand is playing Dier to mark Costa, I know very well that this is an unpopular opinion I have but Fazio has played Costa many times in the last few seasons and actually usually has come out on top including when we beat them at the Lane. Dier is a promising, young center back but I fear he will be bullied badly by a physical and frankly cheating Costa. I doubt Dier has ever faced such an opponent, Fazio on the other hand knows Costa's game better than any defender in the country and would be absolutely determined to keep him out given their past. I am not taking anything away from Dier who as I said is very promising.

did fazio really come out on top in that game? we still conceded three with costa scoring and fazio giving one away.

I don't think I care to be honest, which says it all really. Neither of them do enough to push for one over the other.

I'm tempted to say Lamela because I think Townsend could potentially have more of an impact from off the bench.

Dembele must start, our best performances usually occur when he is on good form, hopefully the right Dembele turns up on Sunday

Don't forget we have another game against Swansea a few days later And QPR on Saturday.
I think the majority of the squad will play in the next few days.

the fact that we have a game so quickly will help if the unthinkable happens!

Lloris

Walker - Dier - Vertonghen - Rose

Dembele - Bentaleb

Townsend --- Eriksen --- Chadli

Kane

Eric Dier aside, this is the team that gave Chelsea so much trouble at WHL and it's the team I would play.

The only dilemma I've got is regarding Mason. It's him or Dembele, for me.

I went for Dembele because, West Ham game aside (where he was essentially being asked to plug an Eriksen-shaped gap) he has been on form of late, performing really strongly.

Mason, on the other hand, looks tired and out of form. As a result he's not been as effective at pressing these past few games (energy is the key element he brings to the side) and his passing has been sloppier.

We've seen how direct and influential Townsend can be on that big pitch when playing for England, and I like that he takes the game to the opposition. He must start.

Chadli I think has shown glimpses of recapturing his early season form off the left wing and he tied Chelsea in knots back in January.

Dier over Fazio because he deserves it.

Lloris over Vorm because it is a Cup Final and he is our star player.

Subs : Vorm, Fazio, Davies, Paulinho, Chadli, Lamela, Soldado.

MoPo would not gamble and risk an inch for this one. If I had to bet, I would put my ££££££££'s on this.
