Am I the only one that thinks if United really wanted Sessignon they'd offer more than £25 million?
I just don't buy it.
Can’t see it. Jose is under pressure and needs instant results. He isn’t gonna turn to some 17 year old kid however much potential he has.

Manchester United line up move for Ajax starlet Justin Kluivert along with £25m Ryan Sessegnon as Red Devils look to boost young talent at club

"Get your own scouts!"

Agreed. Almost certain they'll be in for Rose and they know we want Sess. Transfer gamesmanship.

When ITK stated we’d snapped up an u20 who’s in his 2nd season in top flight football and we all assumed it was Sessegnon... if we’re going by today’s reports is said player likely to be David Brooks, 20 year old attacking midfielder who’s in his 2nd season of top flight football at Sheffield Utd?

Neither sessengnon or brooks have played top flight football

Won’t say who they are, but shared names privately. 2 deals (not RB-in bag that one subject too injuries etc) are wrapped up. One from UK (well under 20 yrs old-playing first team football for 2nd year), and one under 20 from Holland. Not sure if this window, or summer.

Just mention of first-team football, not top flight.

Just seen a clip Ajax’s game, that David Neres looks interesting. Know fuck all about him and haven’t seen anything else, but does look a bit lively with some tricky feet.

Really like Dolberg, think he’d be daft to come to the PL though, much better off going to somewhere like Germany where’ll he’ll get to play.

Kluivert jnr still banging them in too.

I remember when Dutch “experts” called David Neres a flop last season LOL idiots. He’s one of my favourite players to watch, Yes Justin Kluivert is unbelievable too and gets all the hype but David Neres is the real deal. I hope our scouts are watching him if not then they’re sleeping. He has to go to the World Cup with Malcolm (Bordeaux) instead of Willian

Saw on the news Brighton have had an £18million accepted for Celtics moussa dembele. The price that was going round last transfer and he ends up at Brighton. Surely for a backup we would have been interested

I wonder if we’re looking to sell Rose and get in Shaw and Sessengnon.

Either way us signing anyone surely has to involve selling someone first.

I wouldn't say that 'looking to sell Rose' is the right phrase. It's probably more a case of Poch and Levy being resigned to the fact that Rose wants out and will probably be gone sooner rather than later.

This season he has scored 8 in 19 and had a thigh injury.

Not convinced we have massively missed out on anything special

I think Celtic accepted he’d be gone in January months ago as he’s been fit for ages but has spent most of his time on the bench.

Whoever gets Kluivert is getting a lemon I’m convinced of it. Yes these goals look great on twitter. But his overall contribution is poor. He never beats his man on the outside. Every single goal is virtually the same cutting in and hitting it. Granted they are good finishes , but I think he will be worked out in 5 mins in the PL. Neres has much more to his game.

I agree. But David Neres is 20 and Kluivert is 18 so he’s still got time to improve. David Neres will be one of the best players in the world I hope we’re after him because if he goes to the World Cup and performs we will have no chance of getting him

He’s a right footed wide forward who plays on the left... no one plays natural wingers anymore. Real play Bale on the right, as do Bayern with Robben. Kluivert has bundles of potential and an eye for goal. A very promising player.
