Why not just say pairs? Do we know any players that are stairs related or a play on that word?

I would take "pairs" to mean we are signing two players.

They're going to be looking for Army guys.

Hulk & Falcao are a pair already... That'd be nice!

Does anyone have any insight on the 'paperwork' process. Does this included ratification with the league etc?

Every transfer has to be ratified by the PL to mkae sure it is not in breach of any PL rules, third party etc. Imganie they will check quite throughly over loan deals which include two clubs paying part of one players wages.

Now back onto ITK so we dont get told off...

I am really intrigued by the amount of ITK suggesting that we will make a left field signing, it smacks to me that in one transfer we may be batting well out of our leauge, going for a real big star, probally just being overly optimistic but you never know we may have a nice surprise come Sept 1st.

Basically today the general consensus has been that Adebayor should be announced very soon. Redknapp has said we will look to strengthen our midfield regardless of if Modric stays and there has been a huge wave of ITK saying expect more signings.

Also BEN has said King will play against both Manchester sides and POTL has said Krancjar is not leaving.

Diego is potentially awesome, but I struggle to see where he'd fit in for us, with VDV in the squad. If we didn't have VDV, I'd take him in a flash, and I bet he would LOVE the PL and be a goal and assist machine

if we can do a deal for Kaka we should cash in on Modric and bring in Drogba. Lining up with Diarra vdv kaka drogba and adebayor, with bale and lennon and sandro in the mix we would walk the league....

is this kaka business ITK or is it speculation?

Have we heard any further ITK on Diarra coming or palacios/crouch leaving?

could apples and pears mean that we will get rid of bad apples in pairs.... Crouch and palacios to stoke, bentley and defoe to blackburn....

or maybe we will sign bad apples from other clubs in pairs;

A Johnson and Adebayor from City
Kaka and Diarra from Real
