I assume its a little like a mortgage in that you have to be able to prove you can pay

You have to have the money in an Escro account to transfer to the relevant FA's for the players registration.. so the initial payment goes to FA account along with there percentage on top of the initial payment, 5% on top of transfer fee for PL.. Once transfer is ratified it's passed on to the selling club.

three? we will only have Dier & Bentaleb who can defend. do you think that is enough for 4 competitions? it's asking an awful lot on both of them to stay injury free and maintain their form.
