Can you tell us who's on this years list ?
It's full of busy ****s so you'll be happy.

I know we all want three marquee signings by friday, but we (and maybe) Redknapp have to understand the economics. I know the Leeds cliche is always trotted out, but it's a truism, and has become more relevant now we have to start lining up with new wage/income ratios I guess. This problem has become exacerbated, I would imagine, by the financial crisis and the more prudent general approach taken by many clubs now having learnt the lessons of Leeds, Portsmouth, West Ham etc. There certainly seems to be a lot more pragmatism around these days, with the exception of ManC.

Did you swallow a Thesaurus before writing that post?
For what it's worth I think you're right though.
You know what is becoming tedious.....ITK that bashes ITK
I wrote that first. He copied me. My penis is tiny.
Real downside of the new ITK is their low self-esteem issues. Might want to seek professional help
TBH I think Marquee's are a bit shit.
If we really are serious about shifting that much deadwood out, Levy is going to have to ask alot less in terms of transfer fees.
It mystifies me how Pav has such support on here.
I highly doubt he will.
If he is prepared to take a loss it will have to be for the likely trio of Keane, Bentley and Hutton.
I honestly believe Levy will be able to sell the rest of the dead wood for more or the equivalent of what was paid for them.
If the ITK is to be believed, I'm with Redknapp, but I find it hard to believe that Redknapp is saying "we need an uber striker like Torres/Drogba and Levy is saying "no we need another tricky little fella like Defoe but good"
Apart from anything else, Levy knows if it goes tits up Redknapp's going to tell all his chums in the media that Levy made him sign players he didn't want.
I'm pretty sure that Levy trusts Redknapp's judgement re team building, just that some targets he might veto on financial grounds.
also not great news if DL wants to spend £30m on a player that the manager apparently doesnt fancy!!!!
