We should tell them we will work a loan deal for Tomiyasu if they let us finally get Romero.

and then loan him out to Atlanta (United) and act like it was a clerical error. After all, we owe their potential new manager -none other than Paulo Fonseca.

I am so very bored of talking about Harry Kane!
Truth is, he is being a bit difficult right now. Will not divulge too much information on this. He has been told formally and informally, and his brother Charlie has been warned about his contractual obligations! We will NOT budge, unless our valuation is met in good time before end of window.

Joe Lewis, who does not often get involved is of the same seam as DL on this. Basically ‘you sang well when you signed your very lucrative six year contract, with lucrative perks we advised and structured for you. You are halfway in, with three years left. Do not even try to force the issue with us!’

Put it simply. Be a little **** and you'll rot in the reserves
With a world cup next year, we dare you

Would actually restore a hell of a lot of my love for this club if we actually did that and stood up for what is “right” but £150m is a lot of money, and if push comes to shove I just can’t see us doing it.

It seems from this that the ‘Kanes’ next tactic is to get the fans to turn against him somewhat? Enough of these newspaper stories etc will cause fans to loose faith in him without him ever going public and asking for a transfer. Wear down the fans and it would be a much easier sale for the club.

This (Harry Kane) is one of those done to death things. With that in mind, why not just take it to the Harry Kane thread because there's pretty much nothing new to be said on it. I mean, are we really sitting on the edge of our seats to hear the same things over again on this?

Just something to bear in mind before we get a shopping trolley full of pages of groundhog day angst and I lose the plot. Again.

Oh and a list of players we should buy with the 'Kane money' will almost certainly see me visiting your mums wearing a strap on, a pirate hat, a stick of celery up my bum and an ostrich feather sticking out of each nostril.
