In fact, if anyone was going to leave after today, it would be Harry "Tackling? In the midfield? Nah, mate. We'll have loads of the ball. It'll be triffic" Redknapp.

Modric + Kranjcar in CM Vs City = Lunacy.

Hence, delighted to hear Parker is on the way and can suddenly see the value in Diarra too. Although, personally, I think Cahill would be a better use of the 10-15m quid. I can't stand seeing Kaboul raped like that every time he comes up against an intelligent, large striker.

We're 30m quids worth of signings off even competing for the top four at this rate. I just wonder if Redknapp or Levy realises it.

I very much doubt we'll sell our best player, who is not for sale anyway, after such a hammering. If one thing, this result should inspire the powers of our club to invest - there's 3 days left anyway and I still feel something big will happen. We've got to keep the faith.

Do you really think Levy would have the guts to pull the plug on Arry now?
Ancelotti is waiting

For the last ****ing time, Modric isn't off.

Seriously, I don't want to bash, but all the messages inside and outside the club are pointing to him staying, and we really want to make this clear to everyone. Any posts like this, which frankly aren't genuine, really are detrimental to the clubs motives and people should think twice before posting them.

Thanks.

Can't wait until Thursday.

Thanks for the update.

I'm not saying he should or will sack him. However, it was an appalling tactical and selection error, hot on the heels of a similar clusterfuck against United. That's a 100% fuck-up record this season, displaying outrageous naivety. He is a much, much better manager than this kind of rookie error.

For me, that's worthier of comment that Modric, who played fine. Passed beautifully. Just didn't see the ball due to our ridiculous tactics.

Even more worthier of comment, though, should be ITK. Hence, why I will say that I am gladdened to hear the names Parker, Diarra and Cahill recently as they show our weaknesses have been already identified by the management - restoring some of my faith in them.

no ITK on selling that lanky string of p*** crouch today? has to be the most ineffective waste of space on a football pitch!

It's a shame he stands out so as you couldn't pretend he was a different player. No-one, not even Tony "I'm so batshit mental I head-butt James Beattie in the nude" Pulis would buy him after that. 11m quid? Yoravinajraffantcha?

This is from Big Sam, an ITK at West Ham about Parker.

Hammers boss Sam Allardyce told Sky Sports: "There are some negotiations going on and I don't think he would be mentally right to play.
"It [the deal to Spurs] will come to fruition in the next 24 hours or so."

There you go from the horses mouth.

Agree with you concerning Arry's tactics. Could it be that Arry has been found out?
Modric did some good passing but IMO didn't really look that committed. i may be wrong. Perhaps Mod with Livermore/hudd would have been better.
Agree - as much as others complain about Parker, he would be a grafter and we need that in our midfield. We complained about Gallas last season and then most ended liking his display.
Samba/Cahill as well as Diarra after Parker and then a good striker.

Ackie two questions. Define Good for us, feel free to use an example! You have good links at RM, a couple of ITKers have suggested we are asking them to lend us Kaka any validity in that or just pure blind optimism?

surely CM meant that Modric was being taken off i.e. substituted rather than leaving the club. Unless I am missing some other piece of ITK

only usurped by pav and we have held on to both of them.

I think we need both parker and diarra in their until sandro returns because if we dont start making ourselves hard to play against then we are in big trouble this season and the blame must be shared equally between harry for being tactically inept and levy for fucking about in the transfer market and not getting what we need.

We qualified for the Champions league and thought we had made it and did not do enough to kick on to the next level, instead we have stagnated while the other teams round us have went and improved and pushed on.

Modric asked not to play today two hours before the game. This saga has ruined our window and morale

If that's the case then time to get shot of him. Trouble is, Levy has painted himself into a corner and he/we can only come out of this looking weak if we sell.

This is what the Club want, the fans to ultimately sanction it.
