Dont think we are arguing.We do need to shift players, but not to bring in funds despite what Harry says but to reduce the squad size and stop paying defunct wages.
I do agree though that we should be prepared to accept a few million less on sale prices as that will save us three or four times that amount if we are left with these wallies for the remainder of their contracts.

You don't know at what stage someone is hearing about a deal; an enquiry made does not mean they're booked in to Holly House to have a medical.

Look at the players mentioned; not at the status of the deal. It will save you all so much heartache. Come on, listen to the Mods, we've been doing this for years!! We are ITK on ITK!!

Its hard not getting excited with the names mentioned, and I know evey name mentioned can be at different stages.

Still very frustrating that as a club we havent addressed our glaringly obvious problems in a timeously (is that a word?) manner

What worries me is that the teams that I would have thought would be interested in our 'deadwood' have already done a fair bit of business. Everytime a mid table team buys a player and it isn't one of ours I get increasingly worried. If our transfer policy hinges on shifting players then we really need to move it up a gear and sell!

Everytime I go to the Supermarket there are always buzzards hovering around the Reduced to Clear section - maybe time for that firesale?

I wasn't suggesting you were bashing any ITK. I was simply suggesting a way to "cope" with the rumours.

I have no doubt something will happen. But I don't get excited until one or number of things happen. That usually involves the old ITKs all converging on one name, BEN telling us that he's seen him, POTL confirming pictures have been done for the website and the scout and/or Peanut backing any of that up.

But most of all I wait for the official site!

We still haven't signed anyone or sold anyone! Journo been on suggesting Keanes agent is trying to get him to Villa, and another ITK said two offers have come in for him that were reasonable.

Also Journo is convinced we will see KJH in a lillywhite shirt

I really wouldn't be surprized, if all else fails, to see a last minute signing of KJH.

I was TBH just slightly depressed, until the man with the moobs started to appear in the centre of my screen every time I F5'd. Now I am bordering on suicidal.

Well... I just watched Glamorgan play like complete amateurs against an excellent Notts team!

If anyone likes cricket watch out for Notts batsman Alex Hales, I was very impressed with him. Good young prospect/future England international I'd say!
