Actually could argue that Wanyama is a pretty guaranteed known as he's already played in the same system with the same manager in the same league.

Two solid/exciting signings (if you like) with the possibility of one more and what seems like a clear plan (based on the itk offered) as to when those not in the long term plans will be allowed to find pastures new! Seems like an upgrade from old rent-a-quote for me.

It feels weird that we don't have any glaring holes in the squad now and we still have a month and a half to go of the window. I completely agree with JJs comments regarding squad stability. However it makes the transfer window a little uneventful now. At least we're still looking for something. A young keeper may be good, a couple enw additions to the academy and if someone of top quality is available hopefully a surprise signing before the window closes.

Then take these few weeks for some self-indulgence for when the season starts with a bang from our squad, you won't have time for a wank.

"Not really an AM" sounds like a player who is probably more of a CM but could play a little bit as an AM. Mateo Kovacic is the answer.

Honestly, Pereyra is rumoured to be available, and he would be a great fit for the team. He is a hard working, skilled dribbler with good vision. He can play as a cm, a cam or on the wings. He's also Argentinian, though I suspect that doesn't mean a great deal. His price is also rumoured to be near 10m Euros.

Don't think Torres had the same set of circumstances as Wanyama (having already played and been successful in the Premier League under the manager and system he's moving back to).

I think Poch maybe fulfill the AM. Alli, Lamela, Eriksen, Son and Onomah /Carroll are AM. So it means WF. Besides, We will invest young EFL player at summer or winter transfer market.
