How much do you reckon each of the three ahead of him are worth. Lookaakoo is over 45 million for a start

Liverpool would take £20m to get benteke of their books I recon. Origi probably around the £25m mark. It's only lukaku would would be more than 31m imo

Regarding the ITK that we are looking at two forwards, I wonder if there's any mileage in the fact Sandro Ramirez has been released by Barca. Strongly linked a back in January, and an ideal player as backup to Kane and Batshuayi/Janssen (if signed), in that he's a little different from them, able to play WF, and since he's on a free, viable??
Ooooooooh! Careful now!

Stonking info mate (y) Bats and Janssen would be great if Poch can keep them sweet.

Bats - 1st off the bench, option for 2 up.
Janssen - Understudy

Could work, as long as Janssen is happy to play that role (guess age is on his side). Plus one injury and he's getting regular game time. Would be another reason to explain why Poch is keen on increasing the number of subs...

I'd also consider that this may mean that Poch could utilise Kane's versatility and deploy him in a deeper role for some games.

I don't get where these ideas of Kane playing deeper come from. I don't think he has the vision to play the killer ball through for our other striker. How many times could we have scored an easier goal if he had passed it this season

Couldn't disagree more. When playing deep, he's one of the best ball players in this team. It's just when he gets "within range" that the blinkers come on - and quite frankly I'm still happy to put that down to a young striker backing himself.

I was thinking about this. This is only my idea but maybe Poch can play the same formation, but put Kane just behind say a batman. I don't mean a proper no 10, but with the way the front 4 switch around, you can have Kane, bats,Eriksen and Lamela up top, have Dier or maybe Wanyama deep, and Ali as central midfielder, Dembeles position. This wouldn't be done at say Man Utd away, but would have a much bigger goal threat and Ali and Dier in midfield. People will say don't take Kane out his best position, but the movement means, like he plays now, that the 4 of them will all do there job and switch around, and defend from the front too. Just an idea....

You want to drop Dembele? This makes me sad.

I'd far rather have him blinkered and shooting upfront than providing for someone else.

Where Kane is going to play, dropping Dembele.......

This is the ITK discussion thread.

Think about that for a minute please and proceed accordingly.

@millsey hints obviously aren't working so i'll put it a bit plainer for you....... this is the third or fourth time your name has appeared on this kind of list. The fifth is going to prove fatal for your future in this thread.

No, there's no need to tell me how nice a guy I am. I already know :D

I'll take your word for it, apart from a few YouTube videos I know little about batshuayi and Janssen for that matter.
Maybe £31m would look a bargain in a few years time?? It just seems a lot to me as It would be potential we are paying for
Same amount we, reportedly, paid for Lamela.
Levy, I mean Dad, has shown that he is prepared to pay for talent when he trusts his advisors. No doubt he will try to get a better deal, only a fool wouldn't, but he has form for paying up if the player is identified as being worth the outlay.
