One of those two from Napoli must be a CM (either Zielinski, Ruiz or Elmas) so we're clearly after anywhere between 4 and 6 more in. My guess is we'll get 5 more: LCB, CCB, RWB, CM, forward. On the other hand, just can't see Osimhen happening unless we sign Ndicka for a low fee and sign Eriksen on a free. There's still a lot of moving parts so it wouldn't surprise me if we are experiencing the calm before a flurry of signings in the space of 1-2 weeks, because deciding on one player makes deciding on others easier.

If the indication we're talking to Napoli regarding 2 potential players I might be missing something but in addition to Osimhen, Koulibaly seems the obvious candidate. 12 months remaining on contract. Left sided CB. Elite level.

Whilst I'm not certain Zielinski fits the bill of 'top' player (he certainly is good though) Fabian Ruiz does. Always had him down as moving to one of the la liga giants though.

Fabian Ruiz makes total sense if Eriksen has hit difficulties. Last year of his contract too and rejected Napoli’s last contract offer.

Would make more sense, quicker, more mobile and six years younger than Eriksen. Would be right up Conte's street. I really hope this ITK comes off.
