We never do any big deals in Jan. And any player who is going to significantly improve us will be too important for his current team to let go in January. I don't see anything happening at all.
Agree, If you look around Europe the only big name players who may move are Draxler and maybe Payet and James. None of which would we be able to afford. Beyond that there is maybe Depay but why would Utd sell to us or why would we want him? Ether way, we are not getting Isco and I have no idea who we could get that could be a first team starter. I don't trust our scouting team one bit so we are hardly going to unearth a unknown talent.

Coric is the only player I've seen is likely to move in our range.

Certainly the one most would probably hope for, but he seems to have a lot of interest so I'm sure landing him will be very hard, especially if teams like Pool offer him stupied money.

They seem to be linked to a lot of his ilk of player. Feel they'all really be going for Pulisic.

ali z (on injuries): Shows how little depth we have in the squad and why Poch wants two more in Jan
One thing to point out about this is that it was posted on the 17th November, when we still had a shred of hope in the Champions League. Things may have changed after the fuck-up that was the Monaco away game. Do we even need more depth now? I think we need an intelligent first-team quality player to join, but realistically that's not going to happen in January.

If I were a levy I'd have alot of fun in the transfer window. I'd put in a £150m bid for Sanchez just for lolz. We can retract it after we find out we have like barely to cover a week's wages

Completely agree. I guess we have London, one of the worlds best stadiums being built, Poch factor, even use Modric as an example as he had nothing but good experiences with us. It will be difficult, but he could just be in reach.

I really think we should be in for Jordan Pickford as well. I'm confident Hugo will sign a new deal. But i really do feel Pickford will be England number one in 2/3 years. Think he will be an excellent GK.

Pickford would be a fool to sign for us whilst lloris is still here

The need for new players is just as imperative if not more urgent given that we can now concentrate on the league and push for another top 3 finish.

Only if we still think Lloris will sign a new contract - if he is going to leave at the end of the season then Pickford would be a good alternative - he looks a fantastic prospect.
