Of course we will......That is the Tottenham way.....But it will be 18 months and not a few years :D. Seriously I like Poch but I like FDB more. Reckon there is a twist in there somewhere....If Poch was alway's nailed on, it makes no sense to invite FDB into the reckoning.

You obviously don't Know DL. FDB was just a ploy to make Pochettino accept 30% less than what he was asking for!!

Severely underwhelmed by the idea of Poch, i hope Levy knows what he is doing this time because if (when) things go pear shaped with Poch i can really see the fans turning against Levy

Yup. Teflonman has to get this one right. I'm still on his side of the fence, but I can see beyond the gate now.

I think that the deciding factor for FDB and poch will be compensation, contract lengths and how much we have to pay to release either of these managers. Both are young managers who in my view would take the job if offered and both are forward thinking dynamic coaches, my preference out of the two is FDB, I only wish we were being linked more to Rudi Garcia, but as is always the spurs way...£ talks

I would have preferred Frank. Certainly would have had the feeling that we had someone at the club with reputation to attract the right targets and structure the club to play the right way.

I will stand behind whoever is manager, but Poch was not my first or even second choice. I appreciate this is all off of JJ tweets that only really hint at stuff, but I would say it does all point towards Poch doesn't it.

Guess we are getting our next manager from the 99p store...
True though huh. I know we are financially a well run club, generally haggle on player purchases and get the best deals when selling..
Just wish for a world class coach and one or two top class players...come on levy

Maybe Levy has decided that due to the big mouth nature of our last manager he now wants a manager with absolutley no grasp of english at all. so he cant talk to the english press.

If it is to be Pochettino then Levy has cocked up as he speaks good English when he wants to.

If they both Pochettino and FDB have had interviews i guess the job will go to whoever made the best impression. I don't think we can ask for more than that, its how it is in all other walks of life.

Impression of who? Carlo Ancelotti!!

We've had two of those as well and he sacked both of them.

I think Teflon Dan is just addicted to sacking people. Come on Levy, the first step is admitting the problem. There's help out there if you want it.

"Er Hi, my name's Daniel and I'm a sackaholic. I haven't sacked anyone in nearly two weeks though, but I'm taking it one day at a time."

"That's great Daniel, well done. Now how does that make you feel? "

How do you know Poch is not top class if he has never had a chance of managing a talented group of players?

Nice. Although Poch speaks pretty good English apparently. If it's true, I really like him for it. No better way to avoid speaking to our garbage press:

Journalist: So, Mr Poch, are you enjoying the English game?
Poch: Me no speaka da Engleesh.
Journalist: Is it true you're interested in becoming Tottenham's new manager?
Poch: Me no speaka da Engleesh.
Journalist: Have you agreed terms with the Club?
Poch: Me no speaka da Engleesh.
Journalist: What are your thoughts on FDB's strong, last minute challenge for the job?
Poch: Me no speaka da Engleesh.
Journalist: FFS, this is hard work. Thanks for nothing!
Poch: You're very welcome. Someone show this dick out the back door.

Well Twitter's exploding right now because some bloke who does stuff on Bleacher Report (ahem) is claiming Poch has signed a new contract with Soton...
