If we secure Villa and Paulinho I would be happy to sign nobody else and sell a few fringe players. If we sign those hen surely it can only go downhill from here over the rest of the window?! I can't remember us having a better squad than this before. Keeping Bale is worth a "world class" signing too.

The Trouble with the Tom situation is that DL wants big money for him (of course)and he will struggle to pass a medical at another club due to his bone on bone in his ankle. It a serious condition. He may go well elsewhere but no one will pay the big money if he cant pass the medical so DL will have to lower the fee which is a problem.

I'm ok with Hudd going and wish him well, he's been left behind and needs to be playing every week if he's going to get back to his best. It will be interesting to see what he can do at his next club.


Edit: Surely Levy will be eager to get him off the wage bill so would come down in price if his hand is forced?

yeah, always the problem with Daniel, didn't realise how serious Tom's injury was. Knew had problems but didn't realise that's what it was. I was told he was going to be sold, so hopefully that means Daniel will take the lower offer, especially since we're going to be sorted in that position soon.

Got no issue with hudd going tbh. Good player but doesn't fit in with what we are trying to build.

Hudd was great for us at one time. Will remember his passing and the game against Inter where he played some lovely stuff. Would be a great signing for clubs below us. Wish him well, and hope he scores a goal so he can cut that fro!

Very true! Will be a last minute sale special probably. Yeah, knew Kaboul had that, is very worrying, but hopefully it won't become an issue.

Yup Scotty should be off, but again as you say, Daniel wants his premium.

Heard Jake will probably be off on loan too.

I'm glad Tom got to the Champions League Quarter Final with us, Good player under the right system. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore. It's the right time, but good luck to him!
