Inter president Re: Damiao: "The future of the player? When we get an important offer, we will evaluate it. But to sell in January, this would have to be a very, very attractive offer."

Come on Levy... ATTRACT HIM!!

Inter president is a massive ****. January is your off season you bellend!

You missed off the most important quotes from that article:

"Inter Milan

interested in Leandro Damiao? Someone told me about it, but there were no direct contacts and we have never received a direct offer," Luigi claimed.

"This did happen with some clubs from the English Premier League."

Inter Chairman is basically saying to sell Leandro at all, ever would require a very attractive offer. Seeing as January is their offseason, what he's saying does not bode well.

Oscar... Brazils NO.10 went for 20m and was tied up in about 3 days. If we want Leandro we could get him.

Never any quotes from the player saying he wants a move. Doesn't help. He is obviously happy to stay which strengthens the clubs position.

Tbh I don't see the need to create a culture of opportunity for youth when we can go out and panic buy a rasiak or Campbell

if its true about Huntelaar having a £15m release clause then i would suggest that is the place to be spending money instead of forever chasing LD, who will never come, and if he did could take time to settle

JKH i feel would is ready made for PL

ok he recently signed a new deal suggesting he is happy.......but then again why have a release clause like tha tif you are not keeping your options open???

Ben Pearce is now tweeting quotes from Damiao's agent, Vinicius Prates:

"I have not received any offers, I can assure you..."

“I don’t think he [Damiao] will leave in January because he is happy at Internacional and under contract until 2015.”

I think we should just move on to be honest. This guy is clearly holding out for 20m+ which we are not prepared / would be daft to pay.

If we cant afford Damiao why cant we get a striker in for 10m?

Never wants to come to us and is getting older. This is one player we will never see at the lane I don't think.

he recently did an interview for 442 saying he was very interested in us, But we couldn't agree a fee with Inter.

Thats as clear as its going to get, Don't see him doing a Modric IMO

Everyone Ive spoken to says he is freakishly good. Like Bale good at Southampton. I spoke to a Leeds fan yesterday and he said that he literally controlled the whole game against them
He has done well recently, I went to the Leeds game and he was amazing in that game but to be honest he has hadn't game like that again, he certainly has built alot of hype of the back of one amazing game

Also the Man City director is from derby and this will help them make a deal imo
