Got a feeling it's going to take a couple more players going out today on top of the 3 (GL, BG, TND) for us to bring in another player or two. I feel a ok with what we brought in as it sounds like this summer we might actually go relatively big

Very excited about the addition of Bentacur; an intelligent CM who can read the game and use the ball well - fuck we’ve been crying out for that!
Kulusevski should strengthen our attacking weaponry considerably, cracking business done.
A RWB would turn this into an outstanding window, and a great start to the foundations being laid

The ITK that there are a lot of clubs in trouble and as a result there are some top players being offered out suggests it will be difficult for us to clear our own decks. Finding new homes for Rodon, Dele, Ndombele, and Lo Celso is probably just as, if not more, important than any more signings this window as we badly need to make space on the wage bill for the expensive free transfers we want in the summer.

I'd be a bit disappointed if we didn't bring in 1 or 2 more, considering the ITKs have said it's a buyer's market out there.

Just listening to Talksport & they had Barry Silkman the agent. Generally discussion was about deadline day and asking about possible deals he is aware of., says "There is a possible PL clubs big deal happening today and its a club in top of London (guess North) and its not Arsenal"...

Today is the day where clickbait probably happens more than any other to keep interest through to and after 11pm (the classic papers in time but announced after). I'd take it with a pinch of salt.

It's funny that we've often had people say that our squad is so poor that we might need to play the tea ladies and we're now doing most of our business with the Old Lady of Serie A. I guess we're lucky people weren't saying we'd need to play some homeless guy or we might be dealing with West Ham now.

That's just about expectation management though - in reality, I think we're in a notably better place than when we started the window, and thus far, our main rivals for 4th (Arsenal and Utd) are not. So much the better.

If we could add a RWB or a creative mid, that would be an unexpected bonus, but I can't think it's very likely.

Reading between the ItK lines suggests the RWB might be one for the summer, meanwhile we seem to be making do with Royal and Docherty, the latter who surprisingly hasn’t featured in ‘outs’ discussions.

maybe good old coaching can do the trick.
