It's hard to believe a person who's job it is to kick a ball (and nothing else) could be so bad at it, after so much practice!

I can't believe we've traded a draft pick for a kicker the coaches aren't entirely confident in letting take pats.

Personally if we don't get in another kicker I'd be okay with:
4th down outside of the 35: punt
4th down inside of the 35: go for it
Go for 2 after every TD (once Ben's back)

Josh Scobee, Shaun Suisham and Garrett Hartley cost the Steelers a shade over $5M against the cap in 2015, the highest cap hit for kickers of any team this season. The team's converted just 65 percent of possible kicking points this season, ranking 30th in the NFL.

Crazy.

And another thing (just discovered this while sorting out my fantasy team), has DeAngelo Williams really only had 3 carries in the last two games? Our starting QB is out and our no. 2 RB was productive in the first two games so why aren't we opting for a 1-2 punch with Bell? The Vikings and Packers share out the carries more than we do.

Pretty brutal weekend in fantasy land this week.

As for the Raiders, gah, losing to the Bears hurts - especially on a last play 50 yard FG.

There are some really stupid rules, like over celebrating a touchdown and getting a five yard penalty.............Seriously =-O

I've got one of Lynch/Forsett/Ivory available for trade for a good WR. Someone send me some offers.

*edit* Just kidding, I just traded Lynch for Hopkins. At first glance @robin09 debatabley got the better player because Lynch is a top 5 RB without a doubt, and will be an instant keeper for next season. But I think I won the trade because I had a RB2 in Forsett just taking up bench space. And Hopkins is looking like one of the top 5 if not THE best WR at the moment.

I think it's a fair trade. Hopkins is a really good WR. As a Titans fan, I've watched the Texans more than most people would, being in the same division. I've got him in all 4 of my leagues! But I am short at RB, and I was thinking about next season to be honest. If Lynch has got another good year in him, he could be my lock for next season. I could always pick Hopkins up again as he'll always draft later!

Tottenham Hotspur's Jan Vertonghen tackled by NFL star

Watch as Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen gets tackled by Buffalo Bills cornerback Ron Brooks during a community day at Spurs' training ground.

The Buffalo Bills face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley on Sunday, with the stadium also playing host to the Detroit Lions v the Kansas City Chiefs on 1 November.

Need fantasy advice. In one of my other leagues I've got Rodgers out on bye week so need to bring in an extra QB. I've narrowed it down to Ryan Fitzpatrick and Kirk Cousins. In Fitzpatrick's favour is the fact that the Jets are going to have to play catch up with the Pats so they're going to be pass heavy. Whereas Cousins, although playing terribly, is up against a Bucs D that Mariota and Bortles were able to score on easily. Which do I pick?

Fitzpatrick is just plain better than Cousins. Also, the Pats secondary is nothing to write home about.

I think the Jets will be very run heavy versus the Pats, but I'd still pick Fitz over Cousins. Not sure you want to be taking advice from someone who hasn't won a FF game all year though .

Man, this Eagles offense is just terrible. Needs to go back to basics, back to the drawing board. The play calling is terrible too.

Fitzpatrick had a great game yesterday against the Patriots, but Cousins turned out to do even better, so it looks like you couldn't lose either way.

Down week for me, going to finish middle of the pack. My RBs are just not good enough this year.

Went with Fitz but in the end it didn't matter as the rest of my team didn't turn up.

As for the SC league, if I lose this week my hatred of Eli will reach new depths. 6 points!? Are you kidding me?!
