It seems odd that all of a sudden Danchev, Berba's agent, has gone quiet!
I might be mistaken but he hasn't opened his big mouth yet and we've reached practically end of season.

It could be because he was informed by the club to SHUT IT! or an agreement have been reached somewhere with another club and they are just waiting for Spurs to get the replacement before making it official and was told to keep it shut until we do!

I just see it bizarre that he has gone quiet all of a sudden after the noise he always make about Berba in the press.

Either that or Levy's contacts have had him slotted.

He's in a dark room flat on his front, Hudds sitting on his back arms folded.

Perhaps it's just that all cards are on the table now. Ours, Berbs' and Dantchev's, and possibly some of the clubs rumoured to be in for him. Theres no reason to push his agenda anymore as the whole world and his mother now knows that Berbs would like to play CL and would be willing to move to get it.

I think he's gone quiet because there are no bidders. I wonder what state his brain will be in if he's still a Spurs player come July?

I hope he has a f****** aneurysm, the dirty son-of-a-bitch. As I've stated before, I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire*

your anger should be revised IMO from the agent to the player because the player has control over the mediation of his agent.

Berbatov is no fool and knows exactly whats going on. For me he is the guilty one...for continued speculations via his family IE father and agent.

You've missed some of my recent posts with regard to Berbatov. I've not been exactly praiseworthy. As you suggest, I've slated him for, at the very least, not reeling his agent in. Although I believe that Dantchev is a equal partner. I think it's a case of Dantchev saying 'I'll get you a pile of money as long as you let me do it my way' or words to that effect.

The possible transfer move of Berbatov is the hottest theme for Bulgarian sport journalists, yet they fail to take a single interview from Berbatov even though he is already in Bulgaria and visits sport events. His agent is conspicuously silent, too. My take of the situation: I think they have reached an agreement with Spurs' bosses and a part of the agreement is to avoid any interviews which inevitably would give rise to speculations. As regards the other part of the agreement, I have no idea about its content but I find some ITKs reports too optimistic.

I heard he'd had his tongue removed with a rusty pair of scissors.

Just a rumour I heard through the grapevine..

Ahem.

If we were selling him though, surely we would want to engage some sort of bidding war. If we're silent and only a couple of clubs are interested, then wemight not be able to get the best price. If we continually say we're not going to sell him, but the agent says he wants to leave, then I feel it would be best for us, financially.
