So do we think that this is confiming that M'Villa is signing for us?

I can't find any other information on M'Villa saying this and you would think skysports would mention it.

I think it is him wanting a move and realising no champions league teams will come in for him. Would surprise me as AVB said he wasn't creative enough.

Had my heart set on him! On well, as long as 'Plan B' is someone in the mould of a Soldado/Remy and not a Jordan Rhodes then we should be okay...

I think the M'Vila quotes today show that Moutinho is a no-goer, with MV our plan B, which we're now going for (ties in with JJ latest).

Typical. All this time negotiating over Damiao and surprise, surprise; it doesn't happen. I find it very frustrating when there were strikers available much earlier on.

agree mate, after 4 or 5 TW and we still have not got Damiao really is and finally time to move on, ok there was talk of them moving the goalpost all the time but i will wait until the TW is over and see who we have got before complaining too much,
but we do really need another striker as Ade, Defoe and Kane is not a good enought strikeforce

It always seemed unlikely to me. I also don't see how we could keep him and Ade happy. I think we'll go for Remy now. Which seems more sensible because he can also play wide.

M'Vila, Willian and Remy would do nicely. Not all top of our list but they fill the gaps adequately.

I'm getting a bit pissed off with this transfer window to be honest......... one minute the transfer seems to be done, then its off!

If JJ is saying up to 3, one must surely be a Modric replacement, another is Willian (so we're led to believe) and fuck knows who the other is, hopefully a striker. In my opinion we probably could do with more than 3........GK and maybe another CM, M'Vila (I don't think Livermore is good enough imo).
