Vorm, Pitchard Mason, Chadli, Winks, Son ,Janssen, Trippier, Carter-Vickers Walkes Bentaleb, Wanyama, Harrison, McGee - so at least 14 players,

Noticeable absentees from report and pics include Eriksen and Clinton as last week, plus Ball,Oduwa, Ogilvie, Edwards and Ward.

Looks like Dominic Ball and Christian Maghoma were also involved taking it up to 16 players ID'd so far

would be devastated if we sell pritchard before giving him the chance to show what he can do.
it would send a really bad signal to other youth prospects.

Scotty P doesn't piss about when it comes to friendlies either, look at him trying to choke out wanyama.

wouldn't be so bad if they were making way for ready-made undeniable top players but it's a bit of a kick in the teeth when it's for some unproven punt who'll more than likely end up being the next njie(a player i think we should give more than two games to before discarding by the way) or for someone newcastle fans can't wait to get rid of.

Cheers for that - so we've ID'd 17 players who played between us.

I'd guess that Spurs England and possibly Begian players are back in pre-season sometime this week, so opportunities for the youth to play with first team will drop off quite a lot, but good to see that a few of them have had the chance to impress Poch in training and in the 2 freindlies so far - and a few will continue to be in the squad going to Australia and even into the start of the season

If we are indeed selling Pritch and promoting Edwards to the first team then i am not as annoyed by the whole thing. Will be sad to see Alex go but if it means Marcus can get more playing time for the first team then im all for it.

The thing is, Edwards is a top talent but he has yet to be a U21 regular but because people have that hype for him they are suggesting this meanwhile Pritchard has done what has been asked of him and still wont be given a chance

You have a player who was in the championship team of the year and yet still wont be given a chance, that is crazy

can't believe we haven't sorted out a loan for winks yet, are we seriously going to keep him around doing nothing for another season? he needs to be getting 50 games a year, he probably won't even manage 50 minutes here. have similar fears for kwp and onomah too but guess the euros have gotten in the way a bit.

Just seen in the alex pritchard thread, @THFCSPURS19 claim Veljkovic wasnt ready and that proof of this was how he got dropped to the german 3rd division after being in the first team for a while

Maybe you want to actually fact check but he wasnt dropped, he broke his toe against Bayern munich

From what I can see he was fit throughout most of April and May and he played 90 minutes for the 2nd team, or not at all.

No he wasnt,

He played in February with the second team to get match fitness, then he played as DM for the first team for a couple of cameo's

Then he broke his toe in march

Theres proof btw

He didnt play again until April, when he played the 34 and 35 game in bundesliga 2 and missed the final game not making the squad for any team. He also didnt play for the U21 Serbia team where he has been the main CB

he wasn't signed with the (then) current season in mind anyway

http://www.espnfc.co.uk/story/2798441/milos-veljkovic-leaves-tottenham-for-werder-bremen
Milos Veljkovic has joined Bundesliga club Werder Bremen from Tottenham in a permanent deal, signing a contract until 2019.

Veljkovic, 20, had six months remaining on his deal at Spurs and will reportedly cost Bremen in the region of £500,000.

Reports in Germany claim the centre-back will spend the rest of the campaign in Bremen's under-23 group, before being promoted to the first team next season.

"We have wanted Milos for a very long time and we are glad we were able to sign him," Bremen CEO Thomas Gauge told the club's official website. "This transfer is an investment for the future."
