I think most of us are pondering this! It doesn't make sense, unless it is £50m after Paulinho but then surely we have £67m to spend in total.
Unless Atlanta Yid somehow forgot about Paulinho, a bit odd especially if he is ITK!

By the way f it had been £50m after Paulinho surely Atlanta yid would have said £50m left, always going row quote the top line figure and Lewis is hardly likely to say here's £67m, where would he pluck that number from?

There is always the possibility that AVB was allowed to purchase Paulinho, now Franco has identified to 'great players' which required more cash and Joe opened the petty cash and gave it to Daniel.

My hypothesis is that the Sponsorship for the new stadium has been agreed which has been holding it back, the cryptic alludes that it's an old sponsor (Hewlett Packard perhaps?) that have done it.
The 2 years is the middle would make me think they'd like us to move into it for the start of the 2015-2016 season and in the meanwhile we'll stay at WHL until it's built.
I can't imagine they'd need a cryptic for a shirt sponsor which is small potatoes compared to that kind of investment.
