Nothing he's said is any worse than some of the shit a lot of you talk every day, and in this very thread in fact. Why should you all be allowed to sling shit at him, day in, day out, without him chucking a bit back once in a while? I think a lot of you are incredibly ungrateful and don't seem to realise what Harry has achieved in the time he's been here - if anything, qualifying for the CL and going as far as we did was punching far above our weight. I expected the slow building of a squad that would eventually be in a position to regularly threaten the top four. If Liverpool hadn't had such a shit season last year then we'd not have finished fourth. If Citeh had managed to keep us shut out then we'd not even have finished fifth. We benefitted from other teams shortcomings, combined with the hard work of our squad at the time, yet too many of you don't seem to realise that.
Granted, he's made mistakes, but so has Wenger, so has Ferguson, Moyes, Mankini and others, but i think the stick he gets on here every single day is unfair most of the time and the only way he can answer his critics is in the media as, even if he did come and post on here, it would be picked up by the press and splashed around, quoted out of context and generally made no difference to the way things are right now.
I'm proud of many of the results the club have managed this year, and, despite not making champions league, maybe not even Europa, when it came down to it we were there or thereabouts. We've identified where we're weak, in positions where we really didn't expect to be at the start of the season, but we have the basics of a very solid squad, able to grind out results against teams when required, but we just need to get someone in who can hit the net more often, and possibly consider a keeper who doesn't take drugs
