What is irritating is the ITK has reported all summer that we had RB options but Poch deemed them too expensive. I wonder if he feels having Perreira at RB now would have been too expensive. I understand Aurier had to be this late but i don't understand the lack of recognition that much of our really wonderful play was down to the qualities of Rose and Walker being better than anyone else at their respective positions. Trips and Davies are too big a step down in quality and at least one of those positions should have been upgraded this summer not elevating a player that wasn't good enough for backup to the starting position.

Today is another reason why we wont win the league or finish in top 4.... spam me as much as you want about it being 3 games etc... we had 9 points from these 3 games last year (hull instead of Newcastle) this year we have 4.... over 50% reduction.

I can honestly see a 6th/7th place finish and no trophies and a really hard summer next year, think we need to hope Poch will stick with us to do a new rebuild on the squad when we get into the new stadium, I fear we peaked too soon with the move away from WHL.

Bollocks! The Wembley pitch is no longer than most of the other away pitches in the EPL where we have done well. This Wembley argument or excuse is so over played.

Nice big pitch and what do we do? Cut inside all day from advanced positions and go narrow..with one of best crossers of the ball in the league, who decides to do his best Kyle 'imma cut inside and pass back to defenders all day long' Walker impressions.

Janssen has been total gash for us. It's abundantly clear that Poch does not rate him at all.

In the last five minutes we looked tired at the back. Burnley sensed that and the route one stuff paid off. Collectively we are sometimes like headless chickens at the end of a game. A little bit of game management by players would not go amiss but we seem to lack anyone to do that

The truth is though we had more than enough chances to bury the game so the onus today must go on those who made the mistakes of fluffing good scoring opportunities.

Same every game. He scores a goal but at what cost, overall? There is an equation and he does suck something form our game, overall.

We'd score more, overall, with someone more effective playing there at times imo.

He's arrogant and feels entitled on the park.

Needs to sort it out. I love confidence, character and aggression etc., but he plays like the opposition owe him something and should allow him to fanny about all day.

Has annoyed me since pre-season.

If he wants to be a top player needs to grow up.

If Barkley comes Dele will see some pine. And i will be one glad fan then. He needs to improve his all-around game. The fact that balls sent to him in the hole repeatedly come straight back is annoying. His flopping is annoying. His inability to execute a simple pass is annoying. He has tricks and bits that border on the sublime but they are built on a foundation lacking some of the most basic footballing skills. God what I wouldn't do to see Draxler in his position, or anyone else with an all-around game.
