It's the CM2 that is killing us. Vic looks so much better as just a destroyer when the switch was made and our front four actually got involved.

Frustrating to look like a side that has never played a game together.

Vorm was superb. Rose and Toby their usual quality selves. Janssen great commitment. Dele looks champs league one minute, league two the next. Eriksen? Lately he looks a complete waste of space to be honest!

Didn't seem to affect Liverpool's high-pressing game much? The weather can't be an excuse for our lethargic display today.

Definitely can't blame the bloody weather. I'd expect us to play miles better than that in much worse conditions if I'm honest.

Don't want to see Eriksen starting the next game, really frustrating player to watch at the moment especially as he comes off as really lethargic.

Eriksen and Alli need to come off the bench as game changers imo. Eriksen literally will not tackle anyone and Alli is lazy at tracking back and always starts off too late once he sees the danger = not decent cover at CM unfortunately. We need another CM as understudy to Dembele and Eriksen is just not good enough all round imo to be in the starting 11. I hope we bring in a decent wing forward as well, with pace.

Well we got away with that. Too slow and too many touches, lost count of the amount of times we gave the ball away through telegraphed passes. Eriksen had a shitter today, we got out thought, fought and worked that hasn't been the case for a long time. Hopefully the wake up call we needed to get our season started.

To be honest that's 1 point gained as we were bad.............

Faultless performance from Vorm, showing what a good keeper he is when not relegated to the odd cup appearance. We're extremely lucky to have such a solid reserve keeper and it constantly amazes me how people on here don't rate him.

Yes Vorm was excellent today. MOM without a doubt. I like the look of Janssen, just need to see more of him around box and not tracing back 2 km's to win the ball cause Eriksen is fixing his hair.

Delighted with the draw. Not because Liverpool were brilliant but because for some reason we didn't didn't switch to 3-5-2 when walker went off. We were out numbered in midfield and we should have been brave enough to take them on.

Massively miss Dembele though and I think we can only accommodate one of eriksen and dele.

I thought lamela looked dangerous on the ball. Looks like he going to be big this season.
