Being childish is bumping posts after the event to validate yourself instead of challenging it at the time.

If people wish to do that, then fine, if needlessly point scoring is there thing good for them, it would just be a shit forum if we all chose to do that.

This was my wife's first game at WHL and what an introduction for her. She hasn't stopped talking about it yet.

Today, Wanyama was simply a wonderful example of an experienced EPL player doing the things any top defensive midfielder should to succeed in this league. Great performance, fantastic atmosphere and plenty of positives to suggest this squad has the ability to challenge.

Loved it from start to finish.

Dad never wants to sit in the west stand again. What's the perks to explain the cost?

Didn't read the pre match part of the thread... But was the general consensus that we were playing a 4141?

I'd say that's pretty much exactly how you want your 4-2-3-1 to look after a home match.

Home now with my feet up watching a replay. Probably one of the best all around displays I've ever seen at the Lane.

Nothing else to say.

Cushioned seats? And a peaceful environment to eat your prawn sandwiches

Well he said he could see the shine from levy's head plus the bloke next to him wouldn't stop moaning about Loris. Of corse this same bloke left on 60 minutes...

Have only read last 2 pages, still not quite home.

So apologies if this has already been discussed earlier but the penalty incident...

We were right at the front by the box (West lower, row 3). IMO Lamela was a knob. Seemed fairly heated and whilst Son could also have missed, it seemed as though he was meant to be the designated penalty taker (a hunch). Nobody seemed to speak to Lamela after. Rose tried to diffuse the situation after Son had already given up.

This is where having an outfield captain may have helped. I'm sure words will be had about this post match.

We noticed after also that he didn't let Eriksen take corner and had a poor end to the match - wonder what's happening with him?

What are your views on it?

I have to say, the reactions of those of you that were able to watch the game make it sound a lot like the performances against Chelsea (5-3) and Arsenal (2-1) a couple of seasons back.

More of the same against Chlesea on New Year's Day could see a cricket score...

I agree that we need an outfield captain.
Toby is perfect candidate

My dad had our ST for today, and he thought that it looked like Son was the designated taker as well.
