The thing that is worrying me @thinktank is you say Pooch is going to change things in January.

I honestly think that some of these players need to be dumped now and mercilessly to show that we really mean it, one of the problems is I think is, our players are far to comfortable at the club and they just don't take discipline seriously. As within a couple of weeks they are back in the starting 11 again.

Yes, I love watching the guys having fun, but fuck me, they have to be professional too.
