Saturday will see us take the lead and look pretty good for 40 minutes then concede before half time. 2nd half we will get battered and lose 3-1.
hmmmmm...we are use to that scenario, wouldn't be surprised

We are looking very tired now. Same happened last season when the team wasn't rotated. We should have rotated slightly whilst we were in good form. it is a lot easier to bring players into a winning side.

if we are tired why didnt harry or the beloved levy on here push the boat out and get the krasis or wide player they needed. why did they wait till last minute to get players in , why didnt they get loan players in to give us a bit of a pick me up till end of season???

all these bullshit excuses. the bottom line is harry cant trust anyone but the first 11/12/13 and we all who they are. the rest are pretty average and really dont make the slighest bit of difference when main players get tired injured or whatever.

the truth hurts but club like arsenal will always finish ahead of a heartless spurs team who have no desire for anything much imvho. they are soft and bottled and dont have the intelliegence to win games like tonight

Basically this, apart from RVP who has probably had 1-2 seasons of rest over the last 5 years with all his injuries, Wenger has rotated a lot. There midfield could consist of Arteta/Song/Ramsey, Rosicky/Song/Benayoun, Rosicky/Song/Arteta, in the first half of the season they played Coquelin/Eastmond instead of Song a few times and there results suffered a bit but now they are looking strong, they can rotate Walcott/Ox/Gervinho in the front 2 wide positions. Basically they're geared up and equipped for the last 9 games. We are running on empty, just so frustrating to think with a bit of forward planning this could have been avoided.

Rose was on the bench, has looked decent lately. Don't get me wrong here, I'm happy to see Gio being given a chance, but surely there is a time and a place? Just makes no sense to me and makes me really question HR's judgement. All season it seems gio is not good enough right? Has probably played less than 100 league minutes. And I think played against Cheltenham in the 3rd round and that's it.

Yet still hr thought it was a good idea to bring him on in a tight game against a physical Stoke team? He could have brought on Sandro or Livermore, and pushed Modric further forward, like i already mentioned Rose could have come on. Just bizarre subs yet again, we've seen before that he can sometimes wait till the 80th min to make a change. Just so unsure of what to do it's not even funny.

no arguments from me, harry's looking really amatuer right now, like this time last season

It's quite embarrassing when your side has less bottle than this current Arsenal side!

Neither team has much bottle, we just barely have any. Watch how our Cup run comes to an end and how the title challenge...I mean, 3rd place...oh wait, I mean top 4...battle ends with us in 5th.

No news here, even the best team in the country went to pot when the players knew the manager wouldn't be there the following season. Either HR signs a contract extension or goes to Ingerlund now, staying in limbo will kill our season.

Already has. Pure pain from here-on-in.

The exact same thing happened last season. Harry didn't rotate and we looked tired and it was the main reason why we didn't finish 4th. I can see it again this season.

Our piece of piss transfer window didn't help did it?

Saha - useless (couldn't pass for toffee)

The lump Nelson nearly gave away a penalty (again)

And people on here said they wouldn't play........meh

Same bloody story. Always will come down to ambition. Go and and sign the bloody talent and make an intention. Waste of time signing 34 year olds. Don't worry though no doubt we'll all be stupid enough to expect a big signing in tr summer and will be relieved to et Phil Neville on 31st August on a pay as you play deal. Ambition and desire. We like to think we have both but we don't really. Being on May. Can't face another couple of months of pain like year!

9 games left and 27 points to play for. Take away the Chelsea game which some of you are fucking dismissing because you're incredibly pathetic and there's still 24 points available against largely beatable teams.

Issue is we end up waiting until the last day of the transfer window to try and get a deal and more than often end up with piss poor players

We've reverted back to the same old Spurs of the last few seasons that, if a team is happy to sit back, we cant break break them down despite dominating the game and having countless corners and freekicks.

We seem to lack any ideas to crack this sort of team and are piss poor from set pieces therefore end up drawing these games or, even worse getting caught on the break or conceeding from a set piece and lose the game.

Ade playing at his best early season, despite some poor finishing, solved the problem through his style of play, closing down from the front, dropping deep, pulling wide - it allowed the rest of the attacking players that bit of extra time and space to run into, create chances and get shots on goal. Now he's off form/injured we're suffering big time and have become very predictable/one dimensional in our attacking play again. Obviously Lennon being injured isn't helping the attacking balance either as teams can just target Bale.

Unfortunately we've got a run of games against teams who'll be over the moon to sit back and challenge us to break them down.

Audere est Facere.

I still back us.

Flame me if you must. Bump this comment if you must, but I will believe until it is mathematically impossible.

You think we'll go away to Bolton and Qpr, both of whom are fighting for lives as win on current form? Still have a trip to SOL too. Just hard to see where next win is coming from based on our inability to break down teams and score goals.

You have to believe we can turn it around. Everyone was more than happy to praise us to the hilt when we were on a winning streak, mind the gap all that bollocks, now we are on a shit run us fans need to support our side now through thin. If we have bottled it, after the Fulham game we're in 5th, then by all means bitch away.

Too right!

Lets hope the squad have a better mentality than some of you boys here. Yeh we've been a bit shit, but this is very much still within our reach.

Same old same old. No game plan, no tactics, and when the individual brilliance doesnt shine through, we are piss poor.

Stoke were truely dreadful, and we barely created 5 chances.

I dont mind Bale playing in different positions....but when it's blatently clear all his changes are done on a whim, and the rest of the team don't know where to play...it's simply an embarrassment to the coaching staff.

Is that 8 pts from 8 games? Pathetic
