Evening all. First post from me today.

Quite saddened by Kaboul to be fair, would have liked to have seen him get another chance but c'est le vie.
A tiny update from me. Contrary to reports this evening, Corluka was at the game today. About six of my mates work as stewards in the West Stand car park and they saw him and took his car off him. Maybe things have changed since then though if you're to believe SSN.

He said that personal terms had been agreed, Medical had been passed. Also said Corlukas very unsettled with whats happening, and is just looking to resume his career. At Tottenham!

I like the idea that when concluding a transfer the conversation goes something like this:
Levy: "Right so we agree on everything?"
Player: "Yes"
Levy: "Great, so if you just sign here and here, initial here...."
Player: "There we go, I'm now a Spurs player then.."
Levy: "Pretty much, now if you hang on a sec I just need you to speak on the phone to my mate Ben and tell him exactly how excited you are and your plans for the day, maybe go for a drink with him or something?"
Player: (Looking bemused) "Err, hello?"
Ben: Hi mate, so you've signed then, thats great, if you look out the window you might be able to see me, left a bit, up, in the tree yeah, look I'm waving now, hiya.....
Deal subsequently falls through under mysterious circumstances......
