West Ham have been linked with Barcelona midfielder Alex Song, and here's what Jack Sullivan, son of Hammers' owner David, has just tweeted...

"We have just made a MAJOR INTERNATIONAL SIGNING, he'll be introduced to the crowd at 2.52pm today!"

If burnley had half a brain, collectively, they could have won this. Manure will be effective sooner or later; di maria brings lot of drive and finesse to them.

They still badly need players though.

LVG has successfully turned United into a long ball team.

The back 3 of United are incapable of bringing the ball out from the back and their inability to pass the ball forward to a teammate means they are resorting to long balls. lol

Tbf he is a massive signing for them.
He is but massive international signing is like signing that we haven't made since VDV.

Song hasn't played regularly in a year or so. Its like saying Ivan Campo was a massive international signing

Actually imo Cambiasso is a massive international signing, lol my mate taking a pic of him at Morrison's before he signed

Can't help but feel United's quality on the pitch will prevail and scrape a victory... Would be fantastic if they didn't they would potentially be 7/8 points off of the leading pack (which could include us). Doesn't mean much this early in the season but would mean they were playing catch up under pressure.

On another note, a team like Burnley annoy me. They have a good manager and system but somehow think they can get away with spending fuck all when coming up and just pocketing the extra revenue? If I was a fan I'd be more than frustrated, it's so easy to get trapped in the championship after relegation... Just look at Derby, Forest etc.
You have to really seize these opportunities to cement yourself in the divison when they come along, I'm not suggesting do a Leeds but a bit of smart investment wouldn't go a miss.

If they opened up the cheque book and added a bit of quality to complement their core team and system, they would be far more likely to not fall short when dominating games.
