Like the look of Gabiadini. (Just don't call him a fox in the box as Arsenal are still after one of those since Franny Jeffers left :ROFLMAO:)

I really dislike Herrera. Every game I see him play he's trying to get opposition players sent off.

Southampton's league position is kind of a disgrace given the talent in their squad. They're still not clear of relegation concerns.

It's not so much individual talent, they're bridging the gap by being coached well and are tactically well drilled.

They really are a cohesive and fluid team, and that's down to their collective strength as opposed to a bunch of really talented individuals.

Who's this? Sissoko?

Gabbiadini. He wouldn't be starting for us, or be signed to be a starter, at Southampton he's been signed with that opportunity.

It's pointless saying "we could have had him blah blah" because he'd be spending most of the time sitting on our bench and then would be much less likely to look good when he did get minutes etc.

Factor in they have lost a plethora of great players and two exceedingly good managers in the last 4 years. Considering the player/caoch flux they have been through, and the money the spend (not big) they are doing bloody well and doing it the right way, they don't fucking shell every game in a deep bus park, like a lot of the shitkickers of this league do.

I know who you were on about. I just wish you would pack it in sometimes. You're normally bashing Kane but then, in the same breath, you relentlessly defend a guy who could not hold a handle to him, and is not making the cut because he hasn't shown enough when he's been called upon.

Amazing as based on his goal record in a poor Italian league, you wouldn't go near him. But you can just see that he's a brilliant fwrd and ideal for the prem. scouts are just so poor for most clubs

He's not really a striker though is he? Or at least it's not meant to be his best position.

I really don't get the animosity toward Southampton on here, I think they are a really good club, very well run (scouting, recruitment, financially etc), really well coached (have been innovative with their recruitment), and have managed to to maintain those facets whilst losing shitloads really good players and coaches.

I can still see ManU winning this, especially if Southampton shell it, but I hope they win this, just reward for how they've gone about football the last 4/5 years.

Is there animosity on here towards Southampton? Everyone wants them to win don't they?

I quite like Southampton. They seem to do things the right way.

That's the thing, player are usually signed for performances and usually they are players that play all their teams games, it's much harder just coming on every now and then, as you can't get match fitness or touch in training.

And some players struggle without regular games to make an impact, especially if only getting a few minutes here and there.

Their fans have a real thing against us which gets really annoying after a while but I've never minded the club.
