what are you saying - top clubs want keane but his agent is silent about it or berbatov's agent makes up the interest of the top clubs wich are not interested in the bulgarian

If it were not for the insatiable thirst for rumour by the world's media we'd be ignorant of any Behind-the-scenes manouevering that goes inevitably goes on.

None of us can categorically confirm what is insinuated by agents and their minions via the press but i'd guess that there would be an impressive list of would-be suitors if Keane were to be known to be available.

That is not justifying Keane's credibility over Berbs or anyone else for that matter - just my opinion on the justification of high regard in which Robbie is kept by the majority at WHL.

Berbatov however will always bring down that chest height ball with consummate ease and try to wriggle through a few players, even when he has zero assistance from the rest of the team

he may well bring that chest high ball down well and has fantastic control, but how many times this season has he given away a fk because he is too interested in his marker when a long ball is kicked towards him, looking at them and more worried about the player than the ball ?

I bet it's a lot, as the refs have picked up on what he does

it's so frustrating when he has the ability to win the ball in the air, you didn't mention this though

available? what does this mean? everything has its market value, the cheaper a player is the more available he is or i am mistaken
berbatov is less available than keane because is more expensive if i am not mistaken here

I think Keano saying things like he is now at his spiritual home, and he would love to finish his career at Spurs has bearing on offers from other clubs. Most clubs know it would take a large offer to tempt him, and perhaps it is easier to source a Keane-like player than a Berbs-like player.

Whereas Berbs, or his agent on Berbs wishes, is making it very clear to all and sundry that Berbs would be interested in moving to a CL club.

Very different signals, so very different transfer interest.

Only Spurs fans, eh? We have what is widely regarded as the one of the best strike partnerships in the Premiership and you still get fans that want to turn on one in favour of the other  You'll have to excuse me, I, just like many neutrals, am enjoying watching The Keano and Berba Show. We'll miss them both when they are gone. But hey, if you're lucky you might then have two whole new strikers you can complain about

i am a bit stupid and cannot understand, pls try to explain
Well, Berbati - market value does not have a say in whether or not a player is made available. For example, Ronaldo (of Man U company) priced exorbitantly, is not "available" unless a) he rucks enough to engineer a move, usually with the assistance of his agent - or b) Manchester Utd want to cash in on him or dispose of his services for other mental reasons.

Then we have the Journeyman playing in League Two with no discernable value yet the same principles apply, only with way different monetary transactions concluding any business.

To put that in context, no-one will dispute the values of Keano and Berbs being a fair distance apart, and neither are available in the sense that Spurs are actively marketting them. Therefore whatever suggested values are placed on those players are irrelevent until they have an offer for either of them which is acceptable to the Club.

  • We can see everyone who voted.
  • People can only vote once.
  • If logging in with a second account it's detected automatically.
  • To "rig" it, someone would need hundreds of dummy accounts which would have had to avoid detection.
  • Also as there haven't been hundreds of accounts recently, these would have had to be around for a very long time in advance.
To put it short, the only people who could rig it are me, A&C, Geez or PT. Are you accusing us of cheating, if so please let me know :)

Well that my friend explains a lot :-|

And ITK talk. .

I am pretty sure Noodles will confirm only two.

Because he says so, and backs it up with his performances.

Keane tows the party line well but ask him to stick his foot in or put his head where it hurts and you have a different story all together.

I would love to hear what his response would be to a CL teams interest but we will never know.

Perhaps if we had a midfield who would get stuck in a bit more you'd be happy to allow Keane to do his natural job?

Villa ITKs say different.

That's his game. He's about anticipation, not getting stuck in. It doesn't do his goal return any harm and as long as he's doing his fair share of tracking back and pressuring that's all I'm interested in.
