No, we don't.

We need players that are better than what we currently have. Ghaly is not worse than Zokora, Hudd et al., but is definitely not better.

Plus, of course, the shirt-throwing will forever live with certain 'fans' who will never accept him again.

He's a good player and it's a shame Ramos didn't get to manage him, because who knows, he might have been awesome for us now if the fans didn't manage to push him to "allow" them to hate him.

Great skill, awful shot (and bad decision to shoot).

This is just one clip though...

And even if he played well throughout the game, that's still just one game.

Like I said before, I think he's a good player, but let's not get ridiculously biast towards an Egyptian who played quite well in one game and say he's what we need at Tottenham.

Never had a problem with Ghaly the player, but I don't believe he will take us to a higher level, he's no better than what we have already, so no thanks.

I believe we could have got £3m for Ghaly if the brum deal had gone through - if we can now get the same from another club that'd be great - there is no way I can ever foresee Levy letting Ghaly play for Spurs again - it's all about his sale value now

£2m-£3m. Feyenoord are also interested, apparently.

Virtually zero possibility he'd get another chance at Spurs.

Derby still lost though, Hossam will have to make do with the Championship next season

In the end, unless it's been lost in translation he hasn't made a proper apology for acting like a total dick.

Nice one Ghaly. Get that asking price up.
That's true..even PJ told SSN that he can't promise Derby fans that he can keep Hossam Ghaly as the quality he's showing lately would definetely attract some EPL teams to consider a buy.

DC could get a good sum from selling Ghaly only if he's a good sales-negotiator. I wanna see us getting fat bid like those we pay for those overpriced players we've bought. Berbatov is an exception tho..

he did apologise for the shirt throw soon after it happened. I dont hold a grudge against him for it. The guy showed passion at least.

He's way to good for the championship, maybe boro will take him on to make 3 pharoahs there! Hes gotta be worth 4mill
