No offence buddy but I have always felt he looks like he does not belong in premier league or international teams.

I can see he has good leadership always screaming,shouting and pointing.yet his positioning is awful,has a mistake in him and of the limited defensive attributes only his heading is reasonable in my opinion.

Besides we need him in the villa side so we can keep whipping them 3-0,4-0 every season!

I would love michu personally the guy is so special. Can play as a lone striker or be tucked into the midfield if we need to pack the midfield. His movement both on and off the ball is exceptional eriksen would love picking him out with through balls.

Bad season last season but he was injured and played through the pain barrier (shows a fantastic attitude) a good pre season and he will be firing again.

No offence taken. I admit I dont watch villa every week but I cant recall to many mistakes from him. I think he could be a good dawson replacement if he leaves as he seems a strong character and as you say is good in the air (something we lack if daws and possibly kaboul leave) and imo would be a good partner to organise verts and vlad

He reminds me of Berbatov with less talent but a better attitude and work rate. Bit suspicious why swansea are willing to let him go for 6m as quoted in the rags, maybe he is crocked?

Be a tough deal to pull off but would love Isco. Madrid are set to buy Kroos and most likely Rodriguez and whilst Di Maria may leave the club, competition for that midfield is intense and I can't see the former Malaga man starting many games. It would be hard to convince the player to join permanently but perhaps an easier approach would be an initial loan. Madrid might be interested if the deal included first option next year for Lloris.

Anyway, my slightly optimistic team would lineup:

Lloris - Walker, Vert, Chirches, Davies - Capoue, Schneiderlin - Eriksen, Isco, Lamela - Adebayor

Easy...hmmm

Number one priority is to keep our better players, then not make unnecessary changes that don't significantly improve us therefore minimising settling periods, then balancing out the squad strengthening weak areas. May sound obvious, but we don't often follow this strategy. I would like to see players such as lamela obviously, paulinho, chadli, soldado, vlad and capoue given a proper chance after a settling in season. I don't want to see them sold, then equivalent players coming in then having to settle, even if we do make a few quid from doing it.


New additions: LB, CB, CF, GK, LW in that order. Last two or three could wait in all honesty. Need for a LW Depends on where eriksen ends up playing really.

He is quality.
But he didn't play through the pain barrier sadly he hasn't been in Wales for months he's been sat happy chilled on a beach somewhere soon as Laudrup got sacked he didn't want to know.
His knee is also fucked sadly. Although probably close up one or my favourite players to have watched in recent years his movement is amazing and his elegance.
But he will be off either back to Spain or somewhere warm I'm guessing. He also needs a Spanish speaking coach I suppose which we have.

6 million is shame really arsenal bid 33 million few years back
He was on less than 10k when he first came to now on nearly 80 which is astronomical for Swansea.

If were going for anyone from Swansea it should be B.Davies & De Guzman
