Haven't looked through all his posts but from the last couple tweets it seems to me as if he just sums up Croatian media, no insider knowledge whatsoever. But seems like a having a good general knowledge of the croatian league.

No, he's not. Just gathering info and passing it on.

The reported 16m offer from Arsenal for Halilovic, was first reported by Alfredo Pedulla, and yours truly passed that info on here probably within minutes ( http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/index.php?threads/tin-jedvaj.95659/page-33#post-3407248 ). Eventually that story/rumour made the rounds and that is that.

It's ALL speculation.

So, I have talked to my croatian source and doesn't sound that promising:

Nothing really new in this case. My source doesn't believe that Mamic will fix a deal early and let them play for Zagreb. They won't move before they're 18. Arsenal would splash 15m€on Halilovic at the moment. If Alen doesn't make it to the World Cup 2014, the family will think about moving together with all Halilovic's in summer 2015.
There isn't a sign that there will be contracts signed soon unfortunatley, but you never know.

How do you know? If Levy thinks they're worth it then I'm sure we've figured out the financials in such a way that it won't harm us in other areas. He's hardly Peter Risdale. I'm confident that money would still be there for other players. If it were not AVB would likely be gone by now.
