Breaking News from SSN: Gilberto deal back on, even though he's failed two medicals.

SSN = complete ****s!
:rofl:

I love it

Great to have a few laughs while at work. Why can't every day be the last of a transferwindow :lol:

Levy likes to play his games. The guy is shrewd of that there is no doubt, but I wonder if we actually get ourselves better deals as a result of these shenanigans.

SSN did say earlier that it might be back on. It was the bloke in the studio especially to discuss the transfer window...he said something like it is now believed the move may be back on. But they haven't said anything since.

This is the one I thought would go through, not Hutton or Woodgate or Downing. Weird that it might be the one that doesn't.

Tottenham remain at centre of a number of intriguing deadline day scenarios after rumours surfaced claiming they may yet resurrect a £7.5million move for Gilberto, the Hertha Berlin left-back. While their striker Jermain Defoe is mulling over his potential move to Portsmouth after the clubs agreed a fee thought to be in the region of £7m and Fulham are in talks with the White Hart Lane club about Paul Stalteri, their right back.

Where does 7,5 mill come from?

Does any media seriously believe that we are paying 7,5 mill for a player who will be a free agent in six months?

If we do, I will be shocked. He might be good but not THAT good.
