Hate this sort of comment. It's not easy to learn a new language and then have to speak publicly with nuance as football managers are required to do. Especially with the press twisting words and trying to fit a narrative.

I've taken 6-7 years of Spanish and still am not comfortable speaking it in a casual setting, never mind a professional one.
Yep, not everyone takes to foreign languages easily. For some people it’s like riding a bike, for others it’s hard work.

Leeds were poor and we couldn't defend. Lets hope we both improve, we may be both playing Arsenal nearer the end of the season.

What I like is the amount of chances we create now under Conte. Although we’re still allowing too many for the opposition.

The clean sheet will do wonders for the confidence of the defenders, only the second clean sheet of the year
Two good away wins in a week punctuated by the poor result mid week.
It seems at the moment that we are unable to put in consistent performances to push us up the table without dropping points again.

Royal has had quite a terrible 10 minutes lol.
Yeah. Hardly sold himself. Not his fault to be fair. Guy is an out and out right back. Waste of time him crossing the halfway line. Its what happens when a club with no direction buys players.

Yes, but you don’t manage an elite squad of 25 footballers in England. He must be able to converse in English after living in England for 3 years. How else can he do his job? It’s a deliberate thing as he does not like talking to the press and knows it limits how much the TV companies want to insist (which I believe is contractual).

Romero popping up occasionally as a CF is a thing of beauty. Can't wait for Kane to find him with a through-ball, I reckon Romero would be a good finisher.

Match thread when we win comfortably 0-4 : 54 pages.

I find that interesting. Take from it what you will.

It's a good win not least because we have clear things to improve on, but we still got a 4-0 win.

Leeds were very easy to play against, so hopefully some confidence in the boots of sessegnon etc will help the team in more difficult games.

I reckon he'd just run through the keeper and take both the ball and the keeper into the goal ?

Leeds were poor losing 6-0 at Anfield but it was hardly mentioned because Liverpool are so wonderful?
I could’ve guessed Leeds were poor against Liverpool. I watched the Utd game (lose4-2) and they were a little unlucky. At 2 all they wanted to win the game. That played quite well.
