I think we have to take the win as a positive after all there isn't much else to rave about.

I enjoyed the win and I think there were positives but it doesn't make me any more confident going forward, not yet. I can't be too harsh and say it was 'only Leeds' as I said I wouldn't be surprised if we struggled here and we didn't at all in the end, but I still very much worry about our inability to break teams down and maintain control of games at certain points.

In truth those Saints and Wolves games did me in and really lowered my belief in the side, so I'm just taking everything game by game now and not really looking ahead and picking out fixtures that I think we 'should' win because I really don't know with us at the moment.

Yes, but you don’t manage an elite squad of 25 footballers in England. He must be able to converse in English after living in England for 3 years. How else can he do his job? It’s a deliberate thing as he does not like talking to the press and knows it limits how much the TV companies want to insist (which I believe is contractual).

He probably does speak some english when conversing with the squad in practice and meetings and every other informal setting. But I'm sure if he's going to have a serious conversation with a player or chairman or something like that, he probably wants to make sure he's not being misrepresented and his words are clear.
